Londonsplore
December 2011
Buk put together a long awaited explorer gathering and dubbed it Londonsplore. With the derelict location and expectation of an all-nighter , the event echoed other enticing social urban experiences from the previous 12 months or so. Somewhere along the line somebody had said that having more parties would be a good thing and everybody seemed to gain an experience from this one. I don’t know what kept us waiting so long really – complacency maybe? Read the rest of this entry »
Boat Party
Much to Otter‘s chagrin, ‘Verticality‘ has entered the vernacular of the current London ‘UE’ Set. Discussed at length on Placehacking, where Brad first coined the concept, it sits alongside ‘Edgework‘ and the much derided ‘Prohobo‘ as a term that wouldn’t neccesarily mean a lot to anybody else, but is in somewhat regular usage among this group of individuals. Brad:Pad: LCC’s London Squat.
February – May 2011
When Brad left London in February 2011 he left behind a set of keys and a note. The keys were for his flat in Clapham and the note said to enjoy ourselves. We ended up with almost 4 months of this London base, and enjoy it we did. Read the rest of this entry »
IOD BBQ
July 2011
“Are you from one of those groups?” the police officer asked me. “You know, Anarchy?”. Quite evidently, he didn’t have a clue what 8 of us were doing on a rooftop with a barbecue, but his perception of our intentions was grossly wide of the mark.
International Drain Meet
January 2011
The International Drain Meet was a celebration of drainors, and a great chance to meet parties from other areas that we haven’t taken the opportunity to acquaint ourselves with yet. Represented were London, Manchester, North East England, Paris, Canada, Brescia Underground and UE Kingz, and it was a pleasure to meet and spend time in The River Westbourne with all present.

Unnamed
December 2010
Some nights you just have to travel together to a disused conference centre, play some tunes and drink beers, then sleep in a part built hotel nearby that ran out of funds after completing no more than 4 rooms, but still hadn’t turned off the electricity . Then tip-toe 9 strong around a disused art deco hospital before being chased out by a secca. Participate in the Urbania.

Marc’s 29th – November 2010
When a friend comes to London for his birthday, it’s rude not to celebrate. An excellent attendance was made by all present, a very pr0 group if ever I saw one. KRT was chosen, we all said we were busy and Marc got lonely and turned up at Danny’s, who promptly told him he had to work but could meet later. Later they met and ended up on the 29th floor (convenient), where we all waited for the man himself to party.
Marc, Danny, Brad, Chris, Zero, Siolo, Cogito, Neb, Patch, Speed, Gorbotchov, Snappel, Yaz, Bukowski, Sgt Marshall, Claire Elise, Za Gringo, Rupert Griffiths and maybe one or two others I forgot made this a night to remember.
Props to Brad, Dan and Zero for putting in the legwork to make this happen.
Go West – May 2010
Another 28DL meet was arranged, and my attendance in Cardiff was confirmed when I realised what there was to do on the way down. Following Guildford, Bristol and Manchester’s previous nights of antics in years gone by, I pencilled myself in and got arranging.
