Lower COTS

with 9 comments

When it snows, go in Drains. A few Gentlemen and I decided to participate in COTS in December 2010, having seen a few delightful pics of the system online. Boat Party

without comments

Much to Otter‘s chagrin, ‘Verticality‘ has entered the vernacular of the current London ‘UE’ Set. Rubix

with 2 comments

February 2011

It seems like ages now since we went to Rubix. Just a long brick pipe with a little junction at one end. It’s fed by the River Effra, long since buried under the streets of South London and turned into a sewer. Rubix itself is known as the South Western Storm Sewer, essentially there to collect the overflow from the sewer when it rains. Read the rest of this entry »

December 2010

Some nights you just have to travel together to a disused conference centre, play some tunes and drink beers, then sleep in a part built hotel nearby that ran out of funds after completing no more than 4 rooms, but still hadn’t turned off the electricity . Then tip-toe 9 strong around a disused art deco hospital before being chased out by a secca. Participate in the Urbania.
